What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
They really need to work on having the partners interact with the firm's other lawyers to create a better atmosphere of trust and cohesiveness from the top to the bottom.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Douglas, Koeppen & Hurley has a much laid back attitude among the staff, who are all very kind people. There is a good opportunity for growth within the firm. They have a lot of smart people working there who are willing to help you succeed and become a better lawyer.

What did you not like about this institution?
Disorganization within some of the departments can be an issue at times. And though a lot of people do help you, I feel the partners do not put that much effort into helping associates grow into better lawyers and partner material.
