What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Learned a lot of managerial skills as well as leadership skills. The biggest challenge I faced at this place was to manage the work-life balance at certain times. So, you can learn a lot but earnings are somewhat lower.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I left a higher salary position to take the opportunity to join this amazing company and I have never regretted the decision. I love the positivity my team and this company provides on a daily basis. My team is competitive in a healthy, generous way and constantly supports each other. That was the best time of my life.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work culture is very friendly but at the same time competitive too. Promotions are also delayed and slow. Pay is lower compared to same size other Law Firms.

People need to be brought in to deal with this toxic nature. If people won't work together they just need to go.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You will survive and get paid a decent wage while working here. Everyone here wants the same things as you most likely will.

What did you not like about this institution?
Everyone here is extremely cutthroat for the smallest of gains for basically every single tiny thing that they could possibly fight about.

Pay your workers more and raise the benefits. Treat your workers better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lawyers are successful and experienced. The staff is professional and works as a team. People are supportive. Overall, good place.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits need to be better. The workers are not always treated as equals.
