Pay your employees what they deserve. Allow more room for advancement.
They are highly respected in the community and the nation. It feels like a family here. Everyone is supportive. This is a great experience for newcomers.
There is not a lot of room for advancement within the firm. Some employees are hard to work with. The pay could be better.
The management team is good the most part, but a more focused drive when there is a problem would help things greatly.
All my team members have been on my side and we help each other throughout the day. Great energy and the benefits are good.
Some aspects and teams of the management area are a bit unfocused. Some things are given too much attention.
My advice is that you should believe in your abilities and must focus on your work. You can achieve great heights in this firm if you work well and show dedication. The chances of growth are ample but you have to prove that you are worth those.
Good learning opportunities & wide portfolio of different projects. Challenging assignments that help you develop yourself. I really like the knowledge base and experience of some of the attorneys. The amount of exposure you get is also good.
Highly competitive environment with demanding clients. You can be pushed into roles and responsibilities you don't like, but in a way it also helps in your overall development. I felt lack of support from other departments.
Thank you.
