Create more of a friendly place, make it more of a destination and not feeling like I have to drag myself to work everyday.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at the place for 5 years and never really felt as part of a team force. Pay was decent.

What did you not like about this institution?
The energy is there, but everyone feels like they are on their own. Some workers do not respond well to this type.
