What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You will get to know yourself as a lawyer here. You can work for any number of solid partner-level attorneys. There are a variety of cases going on at any given time.

What did you not like about this institution?
The opportunities for advancement here are not great. Attorneys can expect to wait several years before partnership is considered for them. You may get a quicker chance at another firm elsewhere.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
In my opinion, upper management should remove the outdated seniority based system for advancement. Instead, promotions should be based on merit and not simply how long one has been at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love the location of the firm because it is not very far from the beach. I also love working with my co-workers because they are smart and very humble.

What did you not like about this institution?
The opportunities for advancement are almost impossible. I have worked in the same position for the last four years because the company uses a seniority based system for promotions.

Find a balance with work and life. There are many responsibilities expected from you when you work at this firm, while it can feel rewarding, it becomes exhausting. Keep track of your superiors if you are in need of questions being answered.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A great work environment that makes you feel productive and at home. The work here is demanding, but rewarding. The professional staff is great and goes out of their way to work around your needs. Large workspaces are provided by the firm and workloads are distributed evenly here. While personal growth is limited, it is available if you are dedicated and motivated. Overall, this is a great firm to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
Hours here are long and tedious. With so much work expected from you, at times it can become difficult to balance life and work.
