I would like to see management put weekly meetings at the top of their checklist of things to do. This way we all know where we currently stand in the organization.
Very diverse group of attorneys are in the office at all times which can be helpful if you have a specific problem that requires expertise in a specific field.
I found the work to be quite difficult for someone such as myself (a somewhat new attorney). I also did not like the fact that conferences (and meetings) were not as commonplace as I would of liked.
I think that this firm should expand and hire some new attorneys. I think that this would help this firm to expand and be able to handle more cases than it currently takes on.
I worked here very briefly and I have to say that everyone gets along well with each other. Everyone was also willing to lend me a hand as a young intern and the work load was never overbearing.
The firm felt a little too tight knit in my opinion. There were a few instances in which I felt uncomfortable during my brief stay here because there are only a few attorneys that work here and they all have known each other for years.
Thank you.
