Develop intensive, formal training for new hires.Make the path to advancement more clear.As of right now, it is murky and seems unobtainable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a decent amount of flexibility with your schedule.You have full control over the cases you work on.The firm understands how important family is.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is too low.There is always some kind of drama going on.There is little training.They just throw you in the deep end and you better hope you can swim.
