The higher ups need to care for employees more. Sometimes, the employees are not treated with recognition for their hard work. Management needs better training on ethics of treating employees fairly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm encompasses Christian values. The environment stems from the great attorneys and staff. It will be difficult to find another place to work at like this place.

What did you not like about this institution?
The amount of work that is required makes it seem like there is no importance placed on the employees. There is an idea that the staff is replaceable and is not highly regarded for their work. Many rules are in place at the firm.

5.Great environment!Clerical Support (Former Employee) - Montgomery, ALVery well run. Everything was very organized and requirements were clear. If you had questions there were numerous people to ask who were always happy to help.
