What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Better pay and benefits would definitely help make a career at the firm even better, but I think that is something that can be remedied by getting promoted at this firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really love working at this firm. Dealing with patents and other intellectual property issues is something that I am passionate about when it comes to practicing law. And due to this, the firm is able to work with a lot of dynamic clients. The professionals at the firm are some of the hardest working I've seen. They're also more than willing to help out those such as myself who are not as seasoned in the profession yet.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could be a little better. But it is such a small minor complaint that I feel it does a injustice to how great working at the firm is.
