What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see a new management team put in place first and foremost. I would then like to see the starting pay increased to reflect the cases this firm takes on.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is very family oriented and will work with you when it comes to scheduling. I also found the get togethers and other casual events to be very fun, especially after a big case.

What did you not like about this institution?
The starting pay was not the best which is a real shame considering how good everything else is as this firm. I also foundthere was a real lack of leadership.
