What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to be a little bit more accepting of newer, younger employees. They are a bit set in their ways and senior employees are given special treatment at times.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Best :Fantastic work environment. Everyone was treated equally and with the utmost respect for the most part. Spent 5 years at the firm and I never had a problem with anybody.

What did you not like about this institution?
Worst :Did not grow with the firm like I expected when I first got hired. Most of the senior staff are well entrenched and promotions are very hard to come by.
