What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I love all the support and all the opportunities everyone is given here. I do wish management could be a little more forgiving of mistakes and stop dwelling on past mistakes.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pretty good place to land if you want to boost your resume. Plenty of chances to prove yourself. Better than average chance at promotion and increased responsibilities.
What did you not like about this institution?
While new employees and inexperienced employees are given a lot of support and encouragement, management can be quick to punish mistakes. Pay is nothing special.
