What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Dedicate a team to do only the farming law cases. The laws are very old and a lot of resources are wasted researching them.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Being based in New Mexico I found most off the clients to be farmers. The staff and clients were very friendly and it was easy to transition into the new position.

What did you not like about this institution?
Researching some of the cases this firm handles was very difficult. The laws are old and there are a ton of amendments to look through.
