What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management need to upgrade their salary brackets at par with current market level. Focus on grooming and enabling current set of employees instead of recruiting more and more employees. Try to have good mix of experienced and fresher staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Employee-centric firm and the firm genuinely cares for its employees. Leadership is very approachable having open-door policy. Opportunity to work with some great minds across the globe and learn from them. Along with that decent work-life balance.

What did you not like about this institution?
Slow growth trajectory especially for new attorneys. One can easily discuss issues and concerns with their senior attorneys and managers but not many of them are converted to progressive actions.
