Current Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Everything! Management! She gotta go! The attorneys, especially Ed Ryan and Evan K need to work on their nasty attitude towards employees. Evan only cares about one thing, the insurance company he represents. He doesn’t care if the employees have other tasks to do. He tells them to stop and do his job. He micromanages everyone working under him. He is very fake. Would smile in your face and talk smack behind your back. He favors certain employees more than others. He doesn’t even know what he’s doing half the time. He is a total a**

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There was nothing I liked about this employer.

What did you not like about this institution?
I did not like that they favor one person more than the other. They choose who they want to give bonus to or buy lunch for. They would ask some employees if they want something and the others they wouldn’t even speak to them. They micromanage the hell out of their employees. You can’t get a break. They are very unprofessional, unorganized only care about the work getting done.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Everyone looking for employment should avoid this firm. It is very toxic.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Change their attitudes towards others and understand that the employees have a life outside of work.
