People in control need to be a little more receptive to act on problems that arise. The quicker its dealt with usually the better it is.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My time here has been great, full of people who are on task, with a team mentality. The benefits are also a plus.

What did you not like about this institution?
The management team needs to focus on the priorities which often keeps problems from being solved far too late.
