Consider reviewing and overhauling the benefits package offered to new associates. It's not very competitive compared with other firms in the area.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is very family oriented and a fantastic place to work. The partners are very involved in the lives of their associates and seem to truly care about everybody's wellbeing.

What did you not like about this institution?
While the salary is right in line with the rest of the market, the benefits could use some work. This includes health and dental insurance.
