What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Again, this is a top-notch firm providing an excellent service to its clients. The staff is well-chosen and knowledgeable. An associate would learn a lot at this job.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This will be an excellent spot for you to start your career. You will learn a lot about the law and you will make some very important contacts as part of your onboarding process. This firm comes highly recommended by both professionals and clients alike.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is a closer-knit atmosphere here, which may not be for everyone. It is also possible that you could earn a higher salary at another firm. Those who are motivated by salary alone should keep looking.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Let mid-level associates do some of the supervising. Too much time passes without taking on more responsibility, which leads to mid-level associates feeling marginalized or not trusted.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A good work environment where experienced staff are happy to help new associates. You're given lots of new responsibility and are able to expand your horizons while still getting adequate assistance from senior partners.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes you feel like you're being babysat or tested. Lots of years must be put in at lower level work before moving up to work unsupervised.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see more room for advancement and I'd like to see promotions given out more often as well. On top of that, I'd like to see management keep a closer eye in regards to front desk staff to attorney dealings that take place during the day to keep everything running smoothly.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found the pay to be excellent and the benefits were outstanding as well. The work was always interesting and never dull as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are a few professionals here that treat the front desk staff like they are just anyone off the street. A lot of my fellow employees at the time also complained at the lack of promotions which I had to agree with them in regards to.
