"Great Pay and Benefits"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: I would like to see more room for advancement and I'd like to see promotions given out more often as well. On top of that, I'd like to see management keep a closer eye in regards to front desk staff to attorney dealings that take place during the day to keep everything running smoothly.

Pros: I found the pay to be excellent and the benefits were outstanding as well. The work was always interesting and never dull as well.

Cons: There are a few professionals here that treat the front desk staff like they are just anyone off the street. A lot of my fellow employees at the time also complained at the lack of promotions which I had to agree with them in regards to.

"GreatPlace to Learn"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: Let mid-level associates do some of the supervising. Too much time passes without taking on more responsibility, which leads to mid-level associates feeling marginalized or not trusted.

Pros: A good work environment where experienced staff are happy to help new associates. You're given lots of new responsibility and are able to expand your horizons while still getting adequate assistance from senior partners.

Cons: Sometimes you feel like you're being babysat or tested. Lots of years must be put in at lower level work before moving up to work unsupervised.

"This is a small firm where you will get to know your clients well and your coworkers even better. "   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: Again, this is a top-notch firm providing an excellent service to its clients. The staff is well-chosen and knowledgeable. An associate would learn a lot at this job.

Pros: This will be an excellent spot for you to start your career. You will learn a lot about the law and you will make some very important contacts as part of your onboarding process. This firm comes highly recommended by both professionals and clients alike.

Cons: There is a closer-knit atmosphere here, which may not be for everyone. It is also possible that you could earn a higher salary at another firm. Those who are motivated by salary alone should keep looking.
