What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
JW is a great place to work. The people are smart and fun to work with, and people really love what they do. The culture is wonderful, and the work is great. I am very grateful to work there.

What did you not like about this institution?
The health insurance is not great. I hear this is an issue with most firms. The pressure to pay higher and higher starting salaries requires a greater emphasis on hours worked.

Raise the pay and work on treating your employees better.

Management is thoughtful and centered around people. There is a good platform for upward mobility.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a problem with politics and cliques. The pay could be better.

Management needs to be more firm with their staff environment. Staff need to remain friendly and civil with one another because they reflect the law firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is good when first starting out. Management treats everyone well and pay is decent for the area. The hours were always consistent and I rarely felt overworked.

What did you not like about this institution?
The environment was the worst part of the firm. Staff were rude and treated new employees as lesser. It was a very childish environment and some people were unbearable to work with. Management didn't seem to do much about it.
