Be a bit more helpful with the younger workers and try to get more modern while keeping your old fashioned views intact. Try to use some of the new technology for advertising and efficiency.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm's ethics and morals are high and old fashioned, which I like. The firm feels very old fashioned as well, especially with the way they do things, but this is a good thing. They're family oriented and hardworking respectful individuals.

What did you not like about this institution?
They don't like to help you if you need some assistance, and they feel that the best way to improve and learn is to fail and figure it out on your own so it can be a big learning curve.
