What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The beauty of the building should be matched by the beauty of the personality of the staff, which it isn't. I suggest cracking down on attitudes of the staff that are a little more uptight and help them to change.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The resources we have to do work with are updated and current. They get upgraded every so often so none of us have to be using old technology or old resources for information. Also, the location is beautiful and it doesn't hurt to be able to walk into work in that building every time. It really helps to feel calm and better suited to deal with stress; it seems to balance that out during times at work. Clients seem to really love the building location as well, as it is in a perfect place.

What did you not like about this institution?
The staff can be a bit uptight and only concerned with themselves. They are often not really looking to help anyone out and it is a bit frustrating.
