What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Grow and expand to help more people and I think you do a fantastic job but you're too small that's the biggest advice I can give is to simply grow.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great location with a nice view for lunch breaks. Lots of reliable work which will keep you busy. Has good base salary and management is willing to have a sit down to discuss problems.

What did you not like about this institution?
No food or drinks at desk, no bonuses or other benefits. Management is content with the firm even though it's small and could be expanded.
