My advice for this firm would be to assign a particular mentor you can work with and make sure that attorney keeps working with you.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best part of working for the firm is the attorneys and staff who work there. They are very friendly and helpful. They are always there when you have a need whether that isgetting something done or a simple question.
What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part of the firm is that there are so many lawyers working for it. You will always be working with other attorneys but it could be one attorney one day and another attorney the next.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Learn each lawyer's strength and distribute the case load accordingly. Don't give it to a certain person just because they're your friend. Develop a system to match the best person to that case based on knowledge and experience.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay here is pretty fair for the area and the people working here are super nice. It's a well-established firm with plenty of work and a variety of case law to work and learn about as you grow.
What did you not like about this institution?
They can sometimes fall into favoritism toward the lawyers that have been there for a while, even though they might not be the best person for that case. They don't assign cases as well as they might.
