What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Reduce the stressful environment by reducing the average workload by adding new staff and splitting the work equally and making our schedules and hours more stable.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pay is above average for the firm's size. Training opportunities. Plenty of hands on work and no lack of hours or reliable steady work. Large cases for those interested.
What did you not like about this institution?
Stressful environment that is hard to deal with on a daily basis. Management is harsh and doesn't care about one's home life and how work hour's conflict with that.
