What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that management should have a system for employees to report issues so that they can get taken care of in a timely manner. A formal system would be nice.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The leadership team at this firm has a great training and development program. All employees are allowed to take part in it, so even support staff can grow their careers if they want to.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can sometimes be hard to get issues addressed. Not everyone has access to the right people, so some issues persist long beyond what could be considered acceptable.

I would like to see a few more management members and I would like to see some guidelines put in place to keep small talk reserved for either the beginning of the work day or the end of the work day.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The benefits and pay are really top notch. Everyone is very friendly and cares about their clients and fellow coworkers. Management is very productive.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can get a little too noisy in the office when we are being overloaded with work. I also feel as though we could use a few more members in management to keep everything running smoothly.

I'd like to see management encourage everyone to take on cases that will not only challenge the person taking on the case, but the whole firm as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have found the staff at this firm to be very accommodating and very helpful. I could have not asked for a better secretary and the pay is very competitive.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work can be quite slow and boring at times. I have found that they tend to play it a little bit too safe at this firm which leads to only taking on familiar cases.
