Management needs to consider renovating the building and updating their technology. This will help them look more appealing to consumers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This place really challenges you and teaches you a lot about your position. The training for my position took weeks but I really felt prepared for the job. Management is also very open minded and understands if you have any questions or concerns.

What did you not like about this institution?
I didn't like the atmosphere of this firm. The building is very outdated and the furniture is old and uncomfortable. Half of the technology doesn't work and management didn't seem to do much about it.
