Attorney - Part-time
The candidate should have 5+ years experience in New York workers' compensation law. Will represent medical providers in workers' compensation fee disputes with insurers and saelf-insured employers. Lawyer will need to be familiar with the procedural framework for New York medical providers to file workers' compensation appeals and fee review disputes to New York Workers' Compensation Board in pursuit of medical payment.
