Job Title: Attorney Associate Job Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice, perform legal research and analysis, and make recommendations to the court or Judicial Entity under the direction of a Judge, Court Executive Officer, or supervising attorney. - Draft recommendations and proposed dispositions for cases, including memorandum opinions, judgments, orders, and decisions. - Screen pro se petitions for jurisdictional and procedural prerequisites. - Respond to correspondenc
