Duties: Manage a caseload of plaintiff's personal injury files with the assistance of a litigation paralegal. Manage a caseload of Mandatory Arbitration cases, including perfecting service, conducting written discovery, defending and taking depositions, preparing Pre Hearing Statements of Proof, representing plaintiff's at Mandatory Arbitration Hearings.
