The candidate will be responsible to appear on behalf of the State in administrative disciplinary hearings against licensees who have violated the statutes and regulations of their professions.
The candidate will join Civil Division. Must possess a J.D. degree, be an active member in good standing of the Bar in any jurisdiction, and have 3+ years of post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience. Should preferably possess outstanding litigation skills, legal writing and research skills, courtroom skills, and demonstrated commitment to professionalism and public service.
