U.S. Patent Prosecution Attorney
The candidate should have B.S. degree or higher in Engineering or Physics. Must have background and/or experience in semiconductor technology, telecommunications, automotive technology, or rechargeable batteries.
The candidate must have 3-6 years of patent experience, including drafting and prosecuting patents, litigation support, managing outside counsel, due diligence, clearance opinions, and counseling. Transactional experience a plus. Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, and Chemistry degrees preferred, but other degrees, such as Physics, Ceramic Engineering, etc. will also be considered. Large practice experience is a plus.
