The candidate should have strong computer science â€Žor electrical engineering background, preferably 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution â€Žand/or 5+ years of software industry experience. The candidate must have 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Greatly prefer a Ph.D. in any of the life sciences. Must have a registration number with the USPTO.
