The candidate will do preparation and prosecution of patent applications. IP strategy and portfolio management. Must have 1-5 years of experience. USPTO Registration and State bar membership required. Strong scientific background, preferably at the graduate level, in chemistry or the life sciences. Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience. Will draft and prosecute patent applications, prepare patent opinion letters, provide IP counseling to clients, and conduct patent due diligence. An advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or the life sciences (biology, biochemistry, or pharmacology) is required.
