Must have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. Should have 1+ year of solid experience writing U.S. patent applications. Stamford office of our client seeks intellectual property associate with 2-3 years of experience in patent prosecution and counseling. The candidate should have one engineering or science degree. Must be admitted to USPTO and have extensive legal writing experience. Experience drafting patent opinion letters is a plus. Admission to the New York Bar is required.
