The candidate must be registered to practice with the U.S.P.T.O.Â An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering is preferred. Must have a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
Seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with 4-8 years’ experience in patent prosecution and opinion preparation and licensing. An undergraduate degree in electrical, chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred. Applicants should be a registered patent attorney with the USPTO. Must have a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
Intellectual Property Patent Prosecution and Litigation Associate
The candidate must be an academic background in Computer Science, EE, and Software Engineering rounds out the short list of what makes this such an unique role for our client. Should have 5-6 years of experience in patent prosecution, some IP litigation skills and an interest in handling both patent prosecution and IP litigation matters.
