Litigation / International Arbitration Associate
The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience. Should preferably have impeccable writing skills, excellent academics, and experience at a well-respected major or boutique law firm. Knowledge of a foreign language, background in construction or engineering (or a hard science), and some exposure to ICC, UNCITRAL, or other types of international arbitration is also a plus.
Chicago office of our client seeks litigation/international arbitration attorney with 2-5 years of experience in construction litigation. The candidate should have background of complex business disputes, ideally those involving sophisticated technical and/or economic issues, and extensive written submissions. Background in engineering, architecture or construction welcome. Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
