Novi office of our client seeks a legal counsel with 5 years of commercial contracts experience. The candidate will provide daily legal support for legal issues raised in BG North America, including Mexico and Canada. Will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing all types of contractual documents. Responsible for managing all litigation involving BG North America in connection with outside counsel. Provide support and guidance on labor and employment matters.
