Construction Law Attorney
The candidate will prepare and argue motions, including summary judgment motions in both State and Federal Courts. Will take and defend depositions. Attend and defend and/or prosecute trials and other hearings. Must demonstrate expertise in complex commercial litigation and class actions. Should be able to travel as needed.
Temporary Litigation Attorney
The candidate must have 3+ years of litigation experience. Should preferably have 5+ years of recent litigation experience in a related practice area. Must have a strong academic background and litigation experience in construction, real estate, or business law. Should be experienced and comfortable with hourly billing and using case management software/programs to track billed time, daily. Should have WSBA in good standing.
