Construction Law Attorney
The candidate will prepare and argue motions, including summary judgment motions in both State and Federal Courts. Will take and defend depositions. Attend and defend and/or prosecute trials and other hearings. Must demonstrate expertise in complex commercial litigation and class actions. Should be able to travel as needed.
Construction Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 2 years (probably 2-8 years) litigation experience. Construction law experience is preferred. Must be a confident, self-motivated person with a demonstrated ability to work independently in complex and challenging litigation. Strong writing and advocacy skills required.
