Washington DC office of our client seeks a junior associate with 1 year of experience in antitrust investigations, antitrust litigation, merger review, HSR regulations and rules, and/or coordination of foreign merger control filings. The candidate must have effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment, excellent oral and written communication capabilities, good organization/project management skills, and a robust work ethic.
