The candidate will be answering incoming phone calls, setting up new client files, and processing incoming and outgoing mail. Additionally, you will provide legal assistance on Workers’ Compensation, Domestic, and Defense matters. At least one year of experience in a law firm and proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.
Paralegal / Legal Assistant
The candidate will join plaintiff litigation practice. Previous legal experience is preferred. Medical knowledge is beneficial. Duties include drafting documents and pleadings, organizing and managing client files, and filing documents in State and Federal courts.
