The candidate will work closely with firm partners on high-end corporate client PERM and I-140 matters, and mentoring / assisting associate attorneys and paralegals. Will be responsible for review of ongoing caseloads of at least 40 PERMs and 20 I-140 matters (including RFE's) on a monthly basis. Handle daily correspondence and calls with clients, providing strategic advice and guidance.
