The Housing Discrimination Law Project advises and represents clients statewide in asserting their civil rights under the federal Fair Housing Act, bringing cases in state and federal courts, at the Vermont Human Rights Commission, and before HUD. HDLP also regularly submits public comments on planning and zoning that impact fair housing choice, and conducts education, outreach, and training.
