Summer Associate Program The summer associates work closely with associates and partners to develop their legal skills. Will regularly have opportunities to draft or review pleadings, contracts, and blog postings. Summer associates are provided with a shadowing opportunity at a hearing, deposition, trial, transaction closing, client meeting or negotiation with opposing counsel. The program lasts approximately 10-12 weeks.

Lateral Attorney The candidate will be dictated by the growth of a particular practice or vacancies created as associates choose to pursue other opportunities. Paralegal The candidate should have 1+ year of experience working as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Secretary.
