The candidate must be able to multi-task, answer phone calls, type 50 wpm+ for legal documents and letters, transcription, maintain attorney's calendar, scheduling, email, fax, request medical records and other duties to assist the attorneys.
The candidate should be supporting partners; researching legal issues; legal writing; planning and developing cases; court appearances; litigation. Must have strong academic background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and writing skills, and a strong client-centric approach to the practice of law. A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Tennessee Bar is required.
