The candidate must have 7+ years of experience and a portable book of at least $300,000 per year in collections. Should have experience in federal bankruptcy, civil, intellectual property, and/or maritime litigation, along with a law degree from a top-50 law school. A background including a federal judicial clerkship and/or membership in law review is preferred.
Trusts and Estates/Tax Planning Partner
Duties: Lead the estate planning practice. Counseling and advising clients with respect to estate planning and wealth preservation issues. Most clients exceed the federal estate tax exemption. Formulating creative strategies that lead to substantial tax savings. Working closely with team members in a collegial atmosphere to maximize value provided to clients.
Partner (Public Finance)
The candidate will be joining an experienced and collaborative team of a law firm that offers clients the national reach and sophisticated experience of a large firm and the local connections and value of a boutique firm. Will render the service in Public Finance area.
Nonprofit Partner or Counsel
The candidate must have an established book of business and a minimum of 9 years' experience to include a wide array of legal experience as it relates to representing nonprofit tax-exempt organizations and membership associations.
White Collar Litigation – Environmental Shareholder
The candidate should preferably have substantial experience as a prosecutor, preferably a federal prosecutor (e.g., former AUSA) and preferably some experience in the context of environmental crimes. A history of successful business development and a portable book of business are a strong plus.
