Commercial Litigation Attorney
The candidate must have 2-4 years of litigation experience. Should have excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as solid litigation experience including e-discovery, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions on complex matters.
The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in various technologies. Must be registered and in good standing with the USPTO, your state bar(s), and be eligible to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
