Part-time Associate Attorney

Mid-level Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Qualifications include: substantial experience in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, writing briefs, working with expert witnesses, preparing and arguing motions, and some trial and arbitration experience.
The candidate will join focusing on civil litigation. Should be licensed attorneys or eligible to take the Idaho State Bar exam in July. Must have excellent legal research and writing skills.
The candidate will join trust, estate, charitable, tax and elder law team. Must have 0-3 years of experience. Should have been ranked in the top 15% of their class in law school or their LL.M program, possess experience or interest in trust, estate and tax law and have strong writing, research and analytical skills.
