Civil Litigation Associate
The candidate will be engaged in a wide variety of civil litigation matters before the New Hampshire state and federal courts as well as federal and state agencies. Should have experience providing support with all facets of civil litigation and an interest in further developing their skills.
The candidate will have 4-7 years of health care experience working on mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions, an interest in focusing on health care companies and organizations, and a broad knowledge of general corporate law to work on matters in the areas of private equity, joint venture, and M&A transactions. Experience with healthcare and/or life sciences transactions is a plus.
Trusts & Estates Attorney
The candidate will have at least two years’ of experience preparing estate planning documents and administering probate estates and trusts. Experience with estate tax and fiduciary income tax experience a plus, but not required. Admission to the New Hampshire Bar is required. Admission to the Massachusetts, Maine and/or Vermont Bars a plus.
