- Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA or law firm
Salary information:
- Range estimated at $66,570 to $151,580
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance

Position Summary:
- Provides clients with a broad range of government credits and incentives services across over 150 countries and regions worldwide through the Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) practice
- Work with a team of over 1,000 practitioners dedicated to providing comprehensive tax credits and incentives services
- Opportunity to work on tax incentive engagements for some of the world's largest companies in various industries
- Collaborate with colleagues across all member firms in Tax, Advisory, Consulting, and Audit and Assurance
- Passion for sustainability, community development, or cutting-edge research and development a plus
Responsibilities:
- Identify eligible federal credits and incentives generating activities
- Manage and facilitate analysis and documentation of opportunities
- Advise clients on potential benefit and eligibility requirements
- Maintain and develop strong internal and client relationships
- Leverage technical skills to solve complex issues
- Develop, mentor, and motivate Consultants
- Identify potential issues and propose solutions to leadership
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of engagement deliverables
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax developments and present potential opportunities to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Knowledge of R&D tax incentives and/or experience with New Markets Tax Credits, Qualified Opportunity Zones, or Renewable Energy tax credits
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and develop internal and external relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- One of the following accreditations: Licensed CPA, licensed attorney, Enrolled Agent, Project Management Professional, or Chartered Financial Advisor
- Advanced degree and experience with tax technical research a plus
